This post got a phone call yesterday from a former staff again and inquired:
1 Can lot, tax dec that is 85% paid be sold, to a third party?
2. She will use the proceed to buy an additional truck?
1. For 1 I answered no since since the property is not yet hers she has no right to sell this a third party.
To do so will be highly irregular.
2. She cant sell the lot as subdivided lot since its tax dec. The govt regulators, through the NBI will
run after her. She has no hope of having a TCT because the land belongs to a large corporation which is now based nearby and can easily refer her to the NBI The _________case which was
was issued a reconstituted title without paying an RPT is a scam perpetrated at highest level. Under
the doctrine that this was a decided case all ready, the case cant be opened. But a great injustice,
thousands made homeless by stroke of a pen The owners said they spent millions on the SC (judiciary) maybe to get a favorable decision
3. Her truck is a scam by the company. Was an outsourcing. The company instead of buying trucks offered outsourcing deals. However her AP was running all ready beyond 90 days. and that was all ready unfair for her
