Some business strategies are on the borderline of becoming a scam

Every minute a sucker is born (PT Barnaum). Let us not be one

Some business strategies like those espoused at a famous group based in Australia calls for 0 investment.  But for downpayment (as in software of house projects) then progress billing.  However when the principal is dishonest, he can run away with the downpayment or splurge on it for other luxuries not the project completion  Or future cash flows based on on promos or membership

But things can go wrong and they will always go wrong at the most inopportune time.  And the principal cant meet his obligation.    And then he becomes a scammer.

Or sometimes the local laws and on environment:   a typhoon or earthquake turned against him/his business.

Investment scams

Every minute a sucker is born (PT Barnaum). Let us not be one

A number of scams has been published involving fleecing of the investor or the lender.  However there are supposed investor scammer:

    1.  Nigerian scam -  The party is supposed to be a recipeient of million dollar inheritance. Now if the
reader of the letter would be willing to fork out x $ to facilitate the documentation

2  Romantic scam -  the lady usually is a marine or armed forces officer who has stash of gold
or currency taken from the warlords.  Now if the reader can advance money transfer facilitation for
        xxx$ amount....

   3.  A former business partner who is now in USA asked me in DM if I am aware of IFC benefits for
those senior who are unemployed.   I tried ot access the IFC but was denied.  Went back to the
fmr business partner  He referred me to a Korean sounding person who would facilitate the release
of the funds.   He came back soon and said if I could fork out $500.00  I would get $50,000 benefits,
        $700 for $70,000   $1,000 for $100,000 (thats a lot P6M) for only P60,000

  4.  Lately this post got solicitation from a North American principal   He asked for a proposal and I
asked for a proposal.  This post asked data from him which he never sent.  I sent him an executive
seminar and rebuked me on certain matters not related to the matter of the investment.   I thought
he was just fishing for the idea.

Would you fall for any of this

Many unlicensed agents are scammer suspect

Every minute a sucker is born (PT Barnaum). Let us not be one

I think my relative was scammed by this lady agent.   Purportedly for flipping my relatives bought a prime property for __m whose area was allegedly  3,000 sm,   But turned out to be only half the area.

Now for flipping I asked for flipping and allegedly somebody  could flip it somebody from BGC.  Somebody a councilor was gypped of P40M by that group allegedly from BGC.  They agreed on JV, the landowner would put up P40M for the high rise complex in their resort. And there was a lot of photo ops.  Right after the JV partner, a contractor, disappeared (the company dissolved) and the P40M lost forever.  Now they are urgently selling the resort for P100,000,000 but no takers because the revenue numbers are disappointing.

Beware of the BGC attraction seem to be magic word.  The lady agent is defensive of such accusation.

May she blessed and may she bring blessing to many of her customers

I was a scam victim of free watch published in soc media

Every minute a sucker is born (PT Barnaum). Let us not be one

I fell for free watch promo published in social media.  Dont fall for it.   The promoter got their moneys worth.  I fell for this promo twice:   one involving a an alleged Daytona  and the second one involving Seiko 5.  Both were bad watches.

Even the delivery man advised not to buy from posts in that particular soc media...

The soc media should rid its pagess of such scammers.  It could be bad for such a platform for being a nest of scammers.  May  God bless those who bring home for the family to eat, PHP that came out of fooling other people.

May we be those scammed be blessed in abundance
